Can I buy from Botana & Gomez Co., Inc that are plan (or generic) for my child that is not in a "Botana & Gomez" School?
Absolutely! We carry a full line of classic items suitable for all students from pre-kinder through high school -- (many adults like our durable yet fashionable clothes, too!). Simply come into our retail store and have a sales associate help or you can check out our online store under "All Boys's Uniforms" or "All Girl's Uniforms".

How do I wash "Botana & Gomez" clothes?
We recommend:

• Wash Gentle Cycle
• Cold Water Only
• DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER!
• DO NOT DRY UNIFORM IN THE DRYER -- Doing so will remove the permanent pleating from skort, skirt & jumper.
• After washing, immediately hang uniform on hanger and hang dry.
• For stubborn stains, pre-stain with Palmolive Dish Detergent or Spray & Wash Laundry Stain Remover. Gently rub the Palmolive Dish Detergent or Spray & Wash on the stain. Let it set for 1/2 an hour and wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Preferably, wash the uniform separately in the washer.

If my child attends a “non-Botana & Gomez school”, can I still buy from Botana & Gomez?
We are delighted to serve anyone who wishes to purchase our clothes, particularly for “generic” items such as polos, shorts, boys’ and girls’ pants, skirts, blouses, shirts, sweaters, jackets, and pretty much anything with out a logo.

We also carry P.E. blanks, gyms clothes such as sweat shorts and sweatshirts, in a variety of colors. However, only carry logos for schools that are contracted with us.

What is a “special”?
If a student needs a garment that is outside the wide range of sizes available, we can make a “special made” garment (there is an extra charge per garment as this is cut and sewn to your specific measurements). Because Botana & Gomez Co., Inc. carries such a wide range of sizes and cuts, “special mades” are rarely needed yet always available as we are the manufacturer of our own uniform line and provide this service “in-house”. If you need extra attention, simply speak to an in-store sales associate. We highly recommend that you purchase special made items in-store instead of online.

Why do I need a different size than I wear in my street clothes?
Every manufacturer makes their clothes a little differently. Perhaps you can wear a size 6 jacket from an expensive line of clothes but need a size 10 from a moderately priced jacket. Jeans and t-shirts have a different fit and feel than polos and slacks. Allow us to fit your student in the correct “Botana & Gomez” size for each item. We both want your student to look good and be comfortable in their clothes, have room to grow and meet the school’s dress code guidelines.

Are your clothes really better than what I can buy on sale?
Yes! There is an entire package of service that goes along with the purchase of a required school dress or uniform program. Continuity = being able to obtain the same style, color, cut on an ongoing basis.

Availability = all year round, not just as seasonal “fill-in merchandise”.

R&D (Research and Development) = Botana & Gomez continuously works to improve fabric blends, color richness, etc. and incorporates some “fashion” items into our line. Many Botana & Gomez garments have special soil and stain release treatments and growth features that extend the life of a garment by enabling you to let down a generous hem or let out a specially-designed waistband.

Personnel = Botana & Gomez employees know Botana & Gomez merchandise; personnel in department stores rotate from working in clothing today to small appliances tomorrow. Commitment = you have our attention 100% of the time. Providing the best school uniform program at the best possible price is our only business.

What is your refund policy?

Exchanges and returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. We will gladly refund your money or exchange items if the tags have been left on the garments and the merchandise has not been altered, worn, or washed. Refunds over $10.00 will be mailed to you within two weeks by check if your purchase was paid in cash.

All sales are final on clearance and embroidered items. There are no refunds on special made garments and orders.

Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Telephone orders can be made Monday through Thursday from 11:00am till 6:00pm and on Saturdays from 11:00am till 3:00pm. Our friendly sales associate will assist you and answer any questions you may have about your purchase.
